Starbucks Fix

Back to work, booo. 
It felt like Monday today, so many tasks to finish considering that I even reported to work for both Saturday and Sunday. I came in at 9am, went home at 8pm. Whew, that’s 10 straight hours of working (1 hour for extra stuff)!
On my way to the bank earlier this afternoon, I dropped by Starbucks to get my current favorite drink - Iced Caramel Red Tea Latte. When I walked in, I saw the barista that I hate (she’s so unlike other baristas ‘coz she’s really snooty). I ordered for the venti-sized drink. I thought all was well, until they told me that it was unavailable. Seriously?! How could she not know before she even punched my order on their cash register? I mean, wasn’t there supposed to be a list of sorts that reminds them which drinks are unavailable at a current time? Hay, and that drink was the only one I wanted that time - the only reason why I went to Starbucks actually, the craving! So I was forced to choose another drink, they gave me either Green Tea Latte or Black Tea Latte. Since I haven’t tasted any of the two, I asked for the Coffee Master’s opinion. She told me that the Green Tea is better, so I got it. To my surprise when they handed me the drink, my cup had some greenish stuff at the bottom of the cup and the drink tasted like grass, or more like moss! Horrible, horrible. Bad choice, total waste of money! I am sooo never gonna order that again, ever.
But to balance the unfortunate events today (I still have another one that deserves a different entry), I got customer voice again! To those unfamiliar with Customer Voice, it’s the small slip at the bottom of your Starbucks receipt where you are asked to rate their product/service online. Upon filling that out, you are entitled to a free tall-sized drink! Wee, that’s my 2nd this month .. if I’m not mistaken, twice in a row! Hahaha! 
Oh, and something to note .. Starbucks changed the print in their napkins (no more mermaid company logo this time). It now says “Less Napkins, More Plants. More Planet, Less Napkins.”

on the other hand, the GREEN TEA drink here is AWESOME.. and no it doesnt not taste like grass or moss at all (btw, u know what those taste like??? hahaha) i get that sometimes when i need a “starbux fix” or my fave of all HOT CHOCOLATE MOCHA W/HAZELNUT….hmmmmm… hayy im craving for it na tuloy! hahaha
is that EL-pleasure ur’s?=) nice smell nya

nainggit ako bigla! huhuhuhu… im craving for coffee na talaga. im gonna die na! hahahaha. ilang days ng walang coffee sa system ko.
pinagbawal na kasi sa akin eh kaya im trying to avoid coffee. booooo!!!!!

@shery, the green tea frappe is okay. i think that’s different from this one kasi may ‘moss’ talaga sya sa bottom ng cup. eww talaga. the pleasures is mine, hahaha! the kid here at work gave it to me, super sweet!
and yeah, it smells nice .. pabango ko ‘to nung high school pa ko

@leda, kahapon tinanong ko kung ano pinagkaiba ng green tea latte sa green tea frap. sabi nung barista, pag frap daw kasi - powdered tea, milk, and cream plus ice. yung green tea latte daw, powdered tea tapos milk then ice na. mas concentrated daw yung tea sa latte, kaya panget!!! hahahaha
