I watched this Tagalog flick at the cinema last Sunday. When I saw the trailer a few weeks back, I found it entertaining so I decided to watch it on the big screen. I’m not going to do a review of the film (but I really enjoyed it! :D) , I just wanted to share the 5 steps that became the main theme of the movie. The 5 steps were Ira’s (Toni Gonzaga) method of training her clients, she’s a fitness trainer. When you look at the list, it’s not at all limited to weight management. It’s actually a formula for achieving targets, reaching goals, and fulfilling dreams.
