Neglected | Welcome, Sundae!

So is this blog considered neglected seeing that I haven’t updated in more than a week? I upgraded to WordPress 2.5 though! Haha! I’m busy, but not so much .. blame it to sheer laziness, I admit. Blame it also on my eyes, since I’ve been nursing a sick right eye (for 2 weeks today) - I hesitate to sit on the computer after work, I don’t want to go out anymore, and I procrastinate studying for my upcoming board exam. Whattalife I have, boohoo. Speaking of a sick eye, tomorrow is my scheduled 3rd checkup. Hopefully (and God willing), my eye doctor will have some good news for me (I actually mean a specific news - you’re healed and you can now start wearing contacts again).
Aside from my eye complaints, I’m just working the rest of the day. I haven’t been this busy the past years I’ve been here at my current work. Hahaha, I’m certainly not complaining! I think it’s because my mom reports here less so I have to do bulk of the work now. It’s all cool though, it’s still bearable - nothing too stressful. I started reviewing for my board exam today, it seemed though that I don’t recall anything from my past readings. What the heck! Memo Plus is useless! Hahaha yeah right, blame it to memory enhancers!!
Oh, and I got myself a puppy! His name is Sundae, he’s a LhasaPoo (a hybrid of Lhasa Apso and Poodle). I got him last Saturday and he’s been sleeping in my room since then, although when I’m out he stays with our house angels. Heehee.
He’s sooo cute and adorable. He plays a lot, eats a lot, and has a big tummy (in fact, he looks like a cat when you look at him from the back). He sleeps in cute positions (like a real baby actually). I really like having him around ‘coz he’s fun and he makes me smile. One thing I forgot to consider when I got him though was the budget. I didn’t know that having him would cost me so much. Haha! On his first day with me, I bought him his food, plates, bed, and hair brush. On his second day, I got him more food, milk, treats, shampoo, toothbrush, and toys. On the third day, I got him some rawhide to chew on. Today (being the 4th), I plan to get him his harness so Manang can take him out in the mornings and start to potty train him. If I don’t see one at the mall, I’ll get his harness tomorrow at the grooming station ‘coz it’s his schedule to get groomed! See, expenses left and right! Good thing, everyone in the house is having fun with him so I guess that makes the expenses worth it. 
Next week, he’s due for vaccination by the way. I think I should start begging alms for him soon. Hahaha! More pics of him next time

cute ni sundae. hahaha. when i get back there, dapat ma-meet ko siya. hmm.. gaano na kaya siya kalaki by that time?

no, i’m not going to sulk because i miss sundae so much (although i do!). but i am going to say how glad i am that sundae has become a silver lining for you that week
and the fact he’s being sooo pampered and sooo loved makes me teary-eyed (out of jealousy, yes, but out of happiness as well ;D)

@mazel, thanks for the prayers .. the keratitis is gone now. i’m just healing the scar left by the medication. sana daw mawala pa. side effect daw kasi malakas yung gamot.
yes, mamemeet mo si sundae, yung pasalubong mo pa remember?
di naman ata sya lalaki ng super laki eh hahaha! alam mo, i’m taking pics of him everyday nga eh para makita ko yung progress. hahaha

he’s really something that always make me (and everyone in the house) smile, so i thank you for entrusting him to me.

Awwww you got him na!!! Cutie!!! How old is he? Wag mo daw muna palabasin on walks until he’s complete with his shots, which is more 3 months and a half. Kasi they can get pick up sicknesses quickly. Sana meet sila ni Graham in the future.
